The Business Office at WCHC consists of Accounts Receivable, Patient Billing, Insurance Claims Processing,
Admission and Materials Management. WCHC is a provider for CMS (Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services),
BCBS, Preferred One, First Health and Humanna insurance companies.
In all functions of our information systems, the Business Office is structured to comply with HIPAA Standards.
We have a professional and friendly staff who are happy to assist you with billing and collection concerns.
