Wishek Community Hospital & Clinics

WCHC FOUNDATION

Planned Giving...One of the nicest things you can do for yourself...

That may sound like an odd statement. Why would giving money to a charitable institution be considered something nice you could do for yourself? After all, it’s the institution that will benefit from your generosity. Well, look at it this way. When you help someone, certainly it makes them feel better. But being there for someone in their time of need can be one of the most satisfying things you can do for yourself. Giving for the sake of others is a way of life for those of us who make our homes and raise our families in this area, and helping our friends and neighbors is just something we do.

Likewise, your financial contribution to an institution like WCHC will enhance the level of service we can provide for our patients for years to come. Knowing you had a hand in that effort can be very rewarding to you personally.

The mission of Wishek Community Hospital and Clinics is simple: "To provide quality health care services with concern and compassion in a cost effective manner." WCHC has distinguished itself as a leader in providing quality health care services since 1954 when the hospital was built with private gifts from concerned area residents. The generosity and commitment to tomorrow displayed by those folks resulted in Wishek having one of the finest medical facilities in South Central North Dakota.

Today, the WCHC Foundation exists to help carry on that fine tradition of commitment and dedication to our community. The mission of this arm of the hospital is to encourage planned giving as a way to ensure support for the programs and services which will allow the facility to maintain the high standard of patient care area residents have come to expect.
