We hope you are enjoying the WCHC Cookbook! Our committee was very diligent in proofreading, however with a project of this size, errors will occur. We have created this page to list corrections to recipes we have found since the book's publication. Please check back from time to time and make the posted corrections in your own cookbook.

CORRECTIONS

Page 31: Broccoli Salad (Judy Janke) - Add 1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds, not 1 1/2 cups

Pg. 48: Sweet Potato Casserole (top entry)  -  should be 1/4 c. of flour, not 1 cup

Page 83: Meat Loaf (Marveline Meidinger) - Ground beef is not listed as an ingredient. Include 2 lbs. ground beef

Pg. 85: Mexican Style Stew "Carne Guisada"  --  Add 1/2 medium onion, not 3 1/2 medium onion

Page 111: Banana Bread (Florence Wiest) - Recipe calls for 1/2 cup butter

Page 125: Cream Puffs (Jeanine Wagner) - Recipe calls for FOUR eggs

Pg. 199: Snicker Cookies  -  Add 1 cup margarine, not 2 cups margarine
